These reports are produced by a third party using data supplied by ARMLS®. Reports earlier than 3rd Quarter, 2005 are not available. The reports will normally be available approximately 6 – 8 weeks after the end of each quarter. The Market Watch Report analyzes ARMLS statistical data for Maricopa and Pinal counties.
